鸡迷走神经传入纤维在中枢的投射

THE VISCERAL AFFERENT FIBEERS OF VAGAL NERVE IN CHICKEN

选用12只1～2kg重的来杭鸡,于颈部迷走神经干内注射CB-HRP,TMB法成色。结果见被标记的传入纤维主要分布于孤束和孤束核;在迷背核、孤束核和第四脑室膜三者之间分布有大量的标记终末和迷背核神经元树突;对侧孤束和孤束核中的标记范围与注射侧的相似,但较疏淡。此外,在三叉神经脊束、楔外侧核及第1、2颈髓的背索和背索核中发现有明显的标记终末;在迷背核中也有少量传入标记。

The vieceral afferent fibers of vagal nerve in the chicken were studied by CB-HRP histochemistry. The results showed that the labelled vagal afferent fibers passed through the spinal tract of V and the spinal nucleus of V, and sent off some terminal fibers ending at the spinal tract of V in the medulla, Most of the fibers formed the solitary tract which terminated bilaterally in nucleus of the solitary tract, and the commissural nucleus, and a small number of fibers terminated in the bilateral dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus. Some fibers distributed also to the nucleus cuneatus externus and the dorsolateral aspect of the dorsal horn of C_1-C_2 segments and the dorsal horn.
