关于我国上市公司治理结构的思考

Reflection on the Improvement the of Corporate Governance of Listed Companies

当前我国上市公司治理结构存在着很多问题。针对问题,提出了优化封闭式股权结构、强化董事会内部的制衡、培育经理人员市场、对经营者激励和约束等思路和对策。

There exist some problems in the listed companies in terms of the corporate goverance. This article puts forward some suggestions concerning stimulating and binding measures to the business holders such as bettering the structure of closed share rights, strengthening the equivalence inside the board, fostering the managerial personnel market.
