人心中心纤维体的组织学观察 被引量:5

摘要 本文用光镜和透射电镜观察了35例(胎儿3例,儿童25例,成人7例)人心中心纤维体的形态和组织构造。儿童中心维体呈扁平位,成人中心纤维体向右下倾斜几近矢状位,右室双出口心脏中心纤维体向左倾斜,提示心室射血方向和心内血液动力学改变是决定中心纤维体形态变化的两个主要因素。人心中心纤维体为致密结缔组织,可见到肌成纤维细胞。 The morphology and structure of central fibrous body (CFB) were observed in 35 human hearts(fetus:3 cases, children:25 cases, adult:7 cases) by light and electron microscopy. The shape of the CFB was wedge-shaped, The CFB of each child was horizonted in position, but the CFB of each adult was nearly sagittal in position, which indicated that the ejection tendendy and hemodynamic changes of ventricle were two principal factor which determined morphology of CFB. The CFB of human heart was dense connective tissue, where myofibroblast may be seen.
