摘要
:本文介绍一种快速敏感的原位杂交方法。用光敏生物素标记管蛋白cDNA探针,经DNase I酶切成组织渗透性强适合原位杂交的短片段,作快速的原位杂交,再用胶体金标链亲和素系统检测杂交结果。整个过程操作方便,迅速,能保存较多的杂交信号,杂交结果清晰。
we introduce a rapid sensitive method of In Situ Hybridization for detecting specific mRNA sepuences. In the method, the β-tubulin cDNA probes were labeled with photobiotin, then digested by DNaseI into short fragments available for In Situ Hybridization in the sections of spinal cord and bone marrow. The hybridizations were aetected by a colloid gold-avidin system. All the procedures were much easy, convenient, rapid, and the positive signs of hybridization appeared more significant and recognizable.
