颈椎横突孔及其附近骨性结构的观察

AN OBSERVATION ON THE FORAMINA TRANSVERSRIA (FT) AND THEIR NEIBOURING OSSEOUS STRUCTURES

作者观察356个颈椎(51具成人干燥骨骼)的横突孔。观察有关横突孔指向、圆度、变异及其附近骨性结构的骨赘和横突孔内骨棘诸项内容,对变异、骨赘和骨棘的好发部位及临床意义进行讨论。

356 cervical vertebrae (in 51 adult dry skeletons) were observed. The FT may be diviaed into 6 types according to their shape and the direction of their main axis. The FT may be further divided into 3 kind according to coefficient of roundness. The FT were symmetrical on each cervical vertebra. The left FT of C_(1-7) were slightly greater than that of the right ones. The breadth diameter of FT were arranged in order of size : C_1>C_2>C_(5-7).Osteophytes commonly occurea. in C_5,6 and C_4. The frequent sites of them were on the inferolateral lip and uncinate process of the vertebral body, the superior and the inferior articular process. The osteospine commonly occured in C_7,6,5 the frequent sites of them were inside of the FT. If apair of osteospine occured face to face in a FT, this foramen may be divided into two incomplete apertures.
