大蒜乳剂抗实体型S180肿瘤细胞的组织细胞化学研究

注射大蒜乳剂后小鼠S180实体瘤体积缩小,抑瘤率为70.3%。肿瘤细胞呈致死性损伤,肿瘤细胞核固缩、细胞质空泡化、细胞崩解。瘤块内出现大量的中性粒细胞和少量的巨噬细胞,中性粒细胞多与肿瘤细胞紧密接触,细胞内有大量的过氧化氢酶阳性颗粒,提示大蒜乳剂既有对实体型S180肿瘤细胞的直接杀伤作用,又能调动中性粒细胞和巨噬细胞间接杀伤肿瘤细胞。

The S180 parenchyme tumor becamed small and the tumoriostatic rate reached 70% injecting garlicine I.P. In treated group the S180 cells exhibted lethaling damage , the plasmic vacuolation,karyopyknosis were observed, which indicated that tumor cells were killed. A lot of the neutrophils and a little of macrophages were seen among the tumor cells. There were a junction close together among tumor cells with neutrophils. A lot of the catalase positive granules were exhibited in the neutrophil cytoplasim, which showed that the garlicin not only has the activity immdiatelly aginst to S180parenchymatous cells but also influence indirectly the neutrophils and macrophages to kill tumor cells.
