重组生长激素对大鼠代谢影响的研究

摘要 目的 寻找术后逆转高分解代谢的有效药物。方法 将大鼠随机设置成切肝组和非切肝组 ,且在二组内又随机设置实验组和对照组 ,通过动脉血酮体比率、3 H- Td R活体掺入、新生肝细胞数目密度及病理学观察、大鼠术前术后体重 ,等几个指标的比较来观察重组生长激素对大鼠术后的肝脏和全身代谢的影响。结果 切肝组中实验组动脉血酮体比率、3 H- Td R活体掺入、肝细胞数目密度均显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5) ;大鼠重量在切肝组的对照组术后第 3、7天明显下降 (P<0 .0 5) ,实验组则无明显下降 (P>0 .0 5)。结论  r Objective To search for the drug that reverses the high catabolism of postoperation.Methods All rats were divided into two groups of partial hepatectomy and non heaptectomy, thereafter subdivided into experimental group and control group by random individually. Arterial ketone body ratio(AKBR), 3H TdR incorporation in vivo, rat's weight were employed to evaluate the metabolism. Through above detective results, whether rGH could reverse the high catabolism of postoperation might be observed.Results After partial hepatectomy in the experimental gorup, AKBR, new liver cell numbers, 3H TdR incorporation in vivo test, the Weight of rats were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05) .Conclusion rGH can reverse the high catabolism of postoperation effectively.
