中国制造业集中与X非效率探讨

Manufacturing Concentration and X-inefficiency in China

本文采用中国制造业的系统数据,考察了市场集中与X非效率之间的关系。分析结果表明,我国制造业集中度与X非效率之间大体呈负的相关关系。即集中度越低,X非效率越高。此外,在低集中制造业,还存在较为明显的低生产效率现象。因此,提高行业集中度,将有利于降低X非效率,提高生产效率。

By using of the data of manufacturing in China, this paper examined concentration and X - inefficiency. We found that there exists a negative correlation between concentration and X - inefficiency of manufacturing in China. That is to say, the X -inefficiency of mid -lowly concentration industries is higher than that of highly concentration industries. Besides, there exists a lower productivity in lowly concentration manufacturing. Therefore, increasing concentration will be helpful to reduce X - inefficiency and to boost productivity of manufacturing.
