摘要
目的 研究 P波离散度 (Pwd)正常值及其相关影响因素。方法 选择 1 8~ 80岁的健康成年人 2 80例 ,按年龄段分为 6组 ,用 1 2导同步心电图收集资料 ,测定最大 P波时限 (Pmax) ,最小 P波时限 (Pmin) ,计算二者差值为Pwd,并探讨不同年龄、性别的 Pwd的变化情况 ,同时观察 2 5mm/s与 50 mm/s两种走纸速度对 Pwd值的测定的影响 ,并对测定方法的可重复性进行了研究。结果 (1 )两种走纸速度的 Pwd值经统计学处理无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5) ,其正常值范围确定为小于 40 mm/s(x± 1 .96 s)。 (2 )正常成人 Pwd与年龄的大小无关 (P>0 .0 5) ,但有随年龄增加的趋势 ;男性的 Pwd值大于女性 (P<0 .0 5)。(3)用人工目测的方法测定的 Pwd值有较好的重复性。结论 成人 P波离散度的正常值小于 40 ms,该值与年龄无关 ,男性大于女性 ;心电图的走纸速度对
Objective To study normal value of P wave dispersion and its correlative factors among adults.Methods 280 adults' surface ECG were collected with 12 lead electrocardiogram. The maximum P wave duration(Pmax), the minimum P wave duration(Pmin), P wave dispersion(Pmax Pmin) were measured and calculated. We also investigated the change of Pwd in different age and sex. Simultaneously, we observed the various values of Pwd from two different age and sex. Simultaneously, we observed the various values of Pwd at two different paper speeds(25 mm/s and 50 mm/s).Results The mormal value of Pwd was less than 40 ms; it was reltated to age and paper speed. Men's Pwd was higher than that of women's. And this value was almost the same as that measured manually in different times.Conclusion The normal value of Pwd is less than 40 ms. Men's Pwd is slightly higher than that of women's. Age and paper speed have no correlation to this value.
