益寿消结散治疗中晚期胃癌的临床研究

Efficacy of Yishou Xiaozhen Powder in patients with advanced gastric cancer

采用自创方剂益寿消结散治疗中晚期胃癌 30例 ,并与单纯西医治疗作对比观察 ,结果显示益寿消结散能显著提高临床疗效 ,延长中晚期胃癌患者的生存期 ,提高生存质量 ,减轻或消除化疗的毒副作用。通过长期的临床实践 ,我们观察到胃癌的中晚期辨证多属气血虚衰 ,痰饮内存 ,瘀血阻滞 ,痰瘀互结胶结成症。益结消结散益气生血 ,除痰消结 ,一方面调动患者自身的抗肿瘤能力 ,提高机体的免疫功能 ,同时抑制了肿瘤细胞的生长 。

Objective To study the effect of Chinese Traditional Medicine (CTM) Yishou Xiaozhen Powder on patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods Fifty seven patients with gastric cancer all received chemotherapy and were divided into two groups:27 in the control group and 30 in the treated group who were administered 5 g Yishou Xiaozhen Powder orally three times a day in combination with the chemotherapy. The clinical data from the two groups were analysed and compared. Results Clinical examinations showed that according to CTM theory of “diagnosis and treament based on an overall analysis of signs and symptoms”, Yishou Xiaozhen Powder had the function of erinching blood and invigerating Qi. It promoted blood circulation, resolved blood stasis and dispersed the stagnation of phlegm. It reinforced the function of the stomach and inhibited the growth of cancer cells.Conclsion Yishou Xiaozhen Powder is effective to treat patients with advanced gastric cancer in combination with chemotherapy.It is able to improve the patients' quality of life and decrease the side effects of chemotherapy.
