Advances in minimal invasive cardiac surgery

目的 回顾近年来心脏外科微创手术的发展 ,比较胸部小切口技术、非体外循环手术、不阻断升主动脉室颤或心脏跳动下心脏手术、心血管外科介入手术、胸腔镜手术以及机器人手术的特点 。

The article was aimed to anlayse retrospectively the advance of minimal invasive cardiac surgery. The comparation of characteristics of the cardiac surgery through small chest incision, off pump cardiac surgery, cardiac surgery without aortic cross clamping interventional procedures in cardiovascular disease and cardiac surgery through thoracoscope were compared. The progress of minimal invasive cardiac surgery in the future was explored.
