摘要
以Co2 + 、Fe3 + 为催化剂及无催化剂条件下 ,在 4 0℃ ,通过对油脂在空气中氧化过程的碘值、氧化值、酸值、折光率的测定 ,证实采用Fe3 + 既作为预鞣剂 ,同时又可作为优良的催化剂。裸皮经过Fe3 + 预鞣后 ,收缩温度较高 (77℃ )。Fe3 + 与皮胶原中的羧基结合 ,不与油脂竞争胶原纤维的结合点。结果发现 :经铁盐预处理后再油鞣 ,可大大缩短油鞣时间 ,用油量也减少。 2 8- 4 0h的鞣制可获得成革柔软 ,色泽深黄 ,收缩温度为 70℃的成革。
The determination is done that of iodine value,peroxize value,acid value and refract light rate of oil oxidation in air and with the catalyst as Co 2+, Fe 3+ at 40℃.Result is that Fe 3+ is not only a good pretanning agent,but also a excellent catalyst of oil in chamois. After pretanned by Fe 3+ the pelt has higher shrinkage temperature(77℃). Fe 3+ bond with carboxyls in collagen do not compete with oxidized oil that combines with collagen.It is found that Fe 3+ pretnning can much shorten the oil tannage time and reduce the quantity oil. After oil tanning 28-40h, the resultant leather can has some properties such as good soft,dark yellow color,shrinkage temperature 70℃,good tensile and tear strength.
