摘要
大庆油田原油含水在线测量主要是采用密度计,经过多年的现场应用,发现密度计存在易结垢、抗干扰能力差等缺点。原油含水在线测量技术是解决目前油田产量分队计量的难题。文章通过在转油站试验应用YSL-1G新型含水分析仪,检测其对不同原油含水率测量的准确度,并进行了综合评价。同时,通过几种在线含水分析仪的应用分析,提出适合不同条件下的应用建议。
For the online oil watercut metering of Daqing oilfield the density meter is mainly used. Through years site application it is found that the density meter has the shortcoming of easy scaled,poor capability against interference. The online oil watercut metering technique can solve the problem of metering for each production team. The article carried out comprehensive assessment on the metering accuracy for the oil with different watercut using the new Type watercut analyzer YSL-1G on the experimental oil transmission station. In addition,analysed the application of several online watercut analyzers,worked out the application suggestion to fit the different condition. 41
