卫星通信中,电波要穿过电离层,本文分析了电离层的张量介电常数,提出了电离层中电波线极化面旋转的计算方法,并将理论计算与实际测量值比较,二者吻合的很好。

In satellite communications,wave propagates in the ionosphere.This paper analyses tensor dielectric in ionosphere,puts forword calculative method of wave polar plane revolution.The result of calculation is in accordance with the result of measurement.
