摘要
分析了济钢中板厂 1550mm支承辊的工况条件及失效情况,选用低裂纹倾向的焊丝,制定埋弧堆焊和特殊热处理工艺对该支承辊进行修复强化。修复后的支承辊比新辊的使用寿命提高了2.54倍。
Analyzes the working condition and failure condition of 1550mm backup roll at the Medium Plate Plant of Jigang, chooses electrode wire with low crack susceptibility, and establishes processes of submergedarc welding and special heat treatment to restore and strengthen the backup roll,then the service life of the restored roll is 254 longer than that of new one
