摘要 为了提高铁精矿品位,金岭铁矿选矿厂对原工艺流程和设备进行改进,采取了降低入磨粒度和合理配矿以提高球磨机磨矿细度、更换磁聚机提高磁选流程处理能力、改造过滤机增加其吸附面积、应用永磁干式磁选机替代原电磁磁滑轮、改造尾矿泵等一系列措施,使铁精矿品位由65.54%提高到66.37%,年增效益160余万元。 In order to upgrade the iron ore concentrate, the Beneficiation Plant of Shandong Jinling Iron Mine has improved the original process flow and equipment The feed liberation grind has been reduced and the rational ore blending has been realized to increase the grit size of the ball mill, the magnetic focusing machine has been replaced to improve the handling capability of magnetic dressing process, the filter has been reformed to increase the adsorption area, the electromagnetic polley has been replaced with permanent magnet dry magnetic separator, and the tailing bump has also been reformed, then the grade of the iron ore concentrate has been upgraded from 6554% to 6637%, and the economic benefits can be increased by 160 million Yuan per year
