基于分形理论的制造系统建模方法研究

Study on Modeling Method of Manufacturing System Based on Fractal Theory

通过新的技术条件下制造企业系统化、复杂化和非线性等特性的分析,给出了一种基于分形理论,适应敏捷化集成化、系统化要求的新型制造企业组织体系,阐明其层次性、自相似的结构特点,分析了其“授权自制”的运行模式。

Following the information technology was used in manufacturing industry far and wide,manufacturing enter-prises are becoming systematizing,dynamic and complex.As a result,it is a difficulty faced by people to organizing and modeling a self-organized,self-harmony and nonlinear manufacturing systems.Through analyzing the character of the manufacturing enterprises led by new technologies,this paper suggests a new model of manufacturing system based frac-tal theory,and hopes it to be satisfactory for the agile,integrated,systematizing demands of manufacturing industry.Hier-archy and self-similar are most important features for the model.
