网络时代图书馆服务的发展方向

本文较系统地概述了网络时代图书馆的特点 ,分析了网络环境对图书馆服务意识、服务功能、服务方式手段等等方面所产生的影响及其发展方向 ,提出了随着角色的转变图书馆员应具有的素质。

In the Internet era,University library should keep up with the pace of technology development.Therefore,the service to its readers should have alteration accordingly.This article first deals systematically with the characteristics of university libraries at such a period.Then,the author details how the librarians change their attitudes and meanwhile promote their competence in order to provide high quality services correspondingly.
