摘要 以常规廉价的普通型分光光度计为基本装置,配以自行开发的计算机软件,构成溶胶颗粒粒径分布测量系统,以代替激光颗粒仪的功能。通过对聚苯乙烯乳胶样品的测定表明,所采用的基于米氏光散射理论的测量溶胶颗粒粒径分布的分光光度计方法,与扫描电镜方法和动态散射方法比较,所测得的胶粒的数量平均直径和重量平均直径均在实验误差允许的范围之内。 A turbidity method, which is based on the Mie theory of light scattering of a single particle, is used to measure the particle size distribution of polystyrene latex. The measuring system consists of a common visible light spectrometer and selfdeveloped computer software. The measured number average diameter of sol particles is within the range of experimental error compared with that obtained by SEM, so is the mass average diameter compared with the hydrodynamic diameter measured by dynamic laser scattering method.
