摘要
螺旋藻含有极其丰富而均衡的营养物质故享有“微型营养库”之称。本文论述高纬度高海拔地区螺旋藻生产及加工工艺,并采用足跖增厚法、Jerne改良玻片法、半体内法,对凯源螺旋藻胶囊免疫功能进行检测和评价,结果显示,凯源螺旋藻胶囊具有调节小鼠细胞免疫功能和调节小鼠单核——巨噬细胞功能的作用。各剂量组凯源螺旋藻胶囊均未见免疫抑制现象,因此,凯源螺旋藻胶囊具有显著的免疫调节功效。
Spirulina was rich in balanced nutrition, known as 'miniature nutrition warehouse'. This paper reported thetechnology of producing and processing spirulina in high latitudinal and high altitudinal area. Experiment was carried out withDTH、 Jerne and half inside body ways ,through examine and evaluate about kaiyuan brand spirulina capsules immunity regulatefunction to organism, the result display spirulina capsule has regulate minor mouses cell immunity function and sigle cellnucleus-Macrophage's function .every form with spirulina capsule of different dosage without immunity restrain appearancetherefore kaiyuan brand spirulina capsule has notable immunity regulate function.
