摘要
对鸡腿蘑发酵液胞外多糖和胞内多糖进行分别提取,做其对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬活性和过氧化物酶活性的影响的研究,发现具有一定的刺激作用。其中各不同剂量组的胞外多糖对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬活性有明显的增强作用,并且在实验剂量范围内呈随剂量增加而上升的趋势。另外,胞内多糖也有增强作用,但效果不明显,其中16mg/kg·d剂量组效果最好。胞内、外多糖对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞过氧化物物酶活性也都有增强作用,并且效果与剂量关系呈倒“U”型,其中胞内多糖8mg/kg·d剂量组的增强作用最明显,胞外多糖16mg/kg·d剂量组最明显。
Polysaccharides extracted from Coprinus comutus fermantation liquid have good effect on diabetic rats. We studiedthe effect of polysaccharides on murine peritoneal macrophages.After i. p two kinds of polysacchaides, the results showed thatmurine peritoneal macrophages were stimulate by both.The phagocytoic activity to neutral red is increased with the doseincreasing of the intracellular polysaccharides.The extracellular polysaccharides stimulate activity of phagocytoic to neutral redtoo,but not as strong as the intracellular polysaccharides. And when its dose is 16mg/kg·d the effect is best. The murine peritonealmacrophages′peroxidase activity are increased, by these two kinds of polysaccharides, and the dose and effect have a relationof up-down“U”and when the intracellular polysaccharides′s dose is 8mg/kg·d the effect is the strongest, while theextracellular polysaccharides′s best dose is 16mg/kg·d.
