摘要
对林蛙油中主要营养保健成分进行了分析检测。结果表明:林蛙油中含有多种对人体有益的生物活性物质。其中,雌二醇含量25.03μg/g,促绒毛膜性腺激素(HCG)107.5μg/g,维生素E100.5mg/g,粗蛋白质含量达50％以上。
The main nourishment components of Oviductus ranae were analyzed. The results indicated that it contains various biological active substances which are beneficial to human health. It contains 25.03 μg/g of estradiol, 107.5μg/g of HCG and 100.5 mg/g of vitamin E and its protein content is over 50% . Diagnosis of Cobalt Deficiency in Grazing Sheep
