摘要
为研究一起食物中毒的病原 ,对分离的可疑菌进行了培养、鉴定、动物毒力实验及ST毒素测定 ,结果显示分离菌为溶藻弧菌 ,该菌对小白鼠的LD50 为 3× 10 7CFU g鼠体重 ,存在ST毒素 ,证明这起食物中毒的病原为溶藻弧菌。
In the study of the pathogen of an outbreak of food poisoning, Vibrio alginolyticus was isolated from the samples. The virulence of the bacteria to mice was measured and the ST toxin was examined. The result showed that the LD 50 of Vibrio alginolyticus to mice was 3×10 7CFU/g and the ST toxin existed. It proved that the food poisoning was resulted from Vibrio alginolyticus.
