Agent-based Enterprise Strategy Performance Simulation Model

首先提出了企业战略的绩效主要取决于企业拥有的战略资产、所在行业的战略行业因素及其对应关系,随后在此基础上设计出了一种基于智能体(Agent)的企业战略绩效仿真模型,通过仿真来验证和探索战略管理理论,以解决由于企业战略问题研究中数据收集困难,主要依赖个别案例研究来归纳理论的问题。仿真结果表明,这种方法对找出战略的适用条件和进行各种战略的绩效对比具有很大的指导意义。

In classical study of strategic management theory, as it is very difficult to collect data, case study is the main method. To improve the situation, the thesis brings out that performance of enterprise depends mainly on strategic asset, strategic industry factor and their relation, and then establishes an agent-based model to simulate the performance of enterprises. The model can be used to prove and investigate strategic theory. A simulation shows that the model is very useful in finding the adopting condition of strategies and forecasting the performance of it.
