摘要
煤经过部分气化后的半焦中含有CaS。当半焦在循环流化床燃烧室(CFBC)中燃烧时,其中的CaS发生氧化-还原反应而释放出SO2。 该文在单颗粒CaS的氧化-还原反应的原理计算模型的基础上,建立了半焦燃料中的CaS在CFBC中发生反应的总体模型,以预测SO2的排放浓度。用一维CFBC计算机软件计算的结果,能根据CFBC的实际工作条件加以合理地解释,模型计算结果与实验结果吻合很好。
There exists calcium sulphide in char derived from partial coal gasification. Sulphur dioxide would emit due to the oxidation-reduction reactions while the char is combusted in circulating fluidized bed combustor (CFBC). Based on the individual first-principle models of oxidation and reduction reactions of single calcium sulphide particle, a comprehensive model for the reactions of calcium sulphide in the coal char occurred in CFBC has been developed to predict emission concentration of sulphur dioxide. The calculational results obtained by a one-dimension CFBC computer program can be reasonably explained according to the practical conditions of CFBC. The result of the model prediction is good in agreement with experimental data.
