摘要 在540℃和565℃温度下进行了30Cr1Mo1V的蠕变试验,采用Kachanov蠕变损伤公式、Norton蠕变损伤公式和q 函数法对蠕变实验数据进行了计算分析。采用q 函数法求得的最小蠕变速度作为Norton蠕变损伤公式中的第2阶段蠕变速度。分析结果显示,在两种温度下采用kachanov公式计算的损伤是一致的。比较Kachanov蠕变损伤公式和Norton蠕变损伤公式计算的损伤因子,发现存在较大差异。Norton公式计算表明,损伤与应力水平有关系,应力变量和损伤变量相互耦合。Kachanov计算模型只有在蠕变的时间分数小于0.7是安全的。 Creep experiments in steel 30Cr1Mo1V are carried out at 540℃ and 565℃. Kachanovs creep damage formula, Nortons creep damage formula and q function method are adopted to calculate and analyze these data. The minimal creep rate calculated by q function method is adopted as the secondary creep rate in Nortons creep damage formula. The results show that this material has almost the same damage factor calculated according to kachanovs creep formula, at the two temperatures. By comparing the damage factors calculated by Kachanovs formula and Nortons formula a great difference is found between them. The results calculated by Nortons formula show that the damages are related to applied stresses, the variable of stress and the variable of damage are coupling with each other. Kachanovs formula is safe only when the life fractions are less than 0.7.
