摘要
为提高鞋楦的加工质量 ,探讨了鞋楦曲面检测数据预处理技术之一的离散数据极坐标光顺法 .在此基础上 ,针对鞋楦曲面数据空间分布的局部不均匀性 ,阐述使用均匀 B样条进行鞋楦数字化曲线建模的两种途径 .它不但提高了建模的计算效率 ,而且能保证了鞋楦曲面锐边的建模质量 .
In order to improve the quality of shoe last machining, the authors investigate the smoothing of discrete data in polar coordinates as a method among pretreating techniques of data from detecting curved surface of shoe last. In view of the local unevenness of the spatial distribution of data from curved surface of shoe last, two ways of modeling the digitalized curve of shoe last are investigated by using uniform B spline. By which not only the efficiency of the calculation of modeling can be improved but also the quality of modeling the sharp edge of the curved surface of shoe last can be ensured
