摘要
以从韩国引进的四倍体饲料型刺槐为材料 ,研究了添加在培养基中不同激素组成、浓度、培养条件等因素对其增殖快繁、生根、移栽的影响。结果表明 :MS +6 -BA0 .5mg L +NAA0 .0 5mg L、蔗糖 30g L ,培养温度 2 5~ 2 7℃ ,光强 15 0 0lx左右 ,每天光照 12h ,对嫩梢增殖最有利。 1 2MS +NAA0 .5mg L ,蔗糖 2 0g L ,温度 2 5~ 2 7℃ ,光强 2 5 0 0lx ,光照 12h ,培养 2 0d ,生根率可达 81%。
Using four times the sizes of fodder-type locust ingredients of hormone,consistency,culture conditions and other factors that were put into the culture medium,that had various effects on multiplication,quick brreed,striking root and transplant. The results showed that MS+6-BA 0.5 mg+NAA 0.05 mg/L,cane sugar 30 g/L,culture temperature 25~27℃,light intensity 1500 lx or so,sunshine time 12 hours per day-all of these were of greatest advantage to the multiplication of tender sprout,1/2MS+NAA0.5 mg/L,cane sugar 20 g/L,temperature 25~27℃,light in tensity 2500 lx,sunshine time 12 h,culture 20 d, its rate of striking root might reach 81% .
