推进中国农业高等学校科技成果转化的再思考

Reconsideration on Agricultural University’s Science and Technology Achievements Transformation

根据中国科技部、教育部发布的《关于充分发挥高等学校科技创新作用的若干意见》的精神 ,分析了农业高校对科技创新与成果转化工作所起的积极作用 ,并就推进农业高校科技成果转化的措施 ,提出了培养创新人才、应对入世挑战、开展产学研活动和加速产业化进程等相应的对策。

This paper analyzes the positive function of agricultural university in science & fechnology innovation and the achievements transformation, and proposes some measures to promote the achieuements transformation, such as fostering original falents, risihg to the challenge of WTO, developing agricultural inclustries,colleges and academies,and hasfening the process of industrialization,etc
