摘要
采用高温高湿(40℃,RH100%)人工老化法处理、20%甲醇人工老化法处理均可不同程度的降低驼绒藜种子活力,并可以较理想的模拟种子的劣变过程。种子人工老化过程中种子内呼吸酶活性下降,种子发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数降低。TTC含量与活力指数呈显著正相关,TTC法是检验华北驼绒藜种子活力的良好指标,而电导率、丙二醛含量与种子劣变的相关性不明显。
Seeds of Ceratoides Tourn were subjected to artificial aging treatment of high temperature and high humidity. The results showed that the time rigimes of high temperature and high humidity (40℃,RH100%) artificial aging at 0h,6h,12h,24h,36h,48h,or carbinol treatments of 0h?0.5 h?1.0h?1.5h?2.0h can make seeds vigor descend in different degrees.Respiratory enzyme,germination percentage,germination index and vigor index descend.TTC is positively correlative with seed vigor index.TTC test is a good way to test seed vigor of Ceratoides.Electro_conductivity rate and MDA cannot reflect the seed vigor well in this test.
