摘要
通过对钢筋的中心拉拔试验,分析了砂浆的劈拉强度和相对锚固长度对粘结强度的影响,利用最小二乘法统计回归,得出光圆钢筋的特征强度值的回归公式,并在拉拔试验结果的基础上,根据粘结锚固的极限状态方程和可靠度指标进行了可靠度分析.验证了《砌体结构设计规范》GB50003-2001中,关于配筋砌块砌体结构灰缝中钢筋锚固长度规定的安全性.最后,提出了钢筋在砌块专用砂浆中锚固长度的设计建议,为配筋砌块砌体灰缝中钢筋的锚固长度的确定提供了进一步的理论依据.
The results of pullout tests considering the effects of the mortar strength and the anchorage length of the reinforcing steel bars are analyzed in the paper. The experimental formulas are set up to predict the characteristic strength of the round reinforcement by the least square method. The security of anchorage length of the reinforcing steel bars in mortar joint provided in the Code for Design of Masonry Structures was validated on the basis of the results of pullout tests, the reliability index and limit state equation of the bondanchorage. The design of anchorage length and the reliability are finally suggested in the paper.
