摘要
以微量Fe( )作催化剂,利用还原剂过氧化氢在酸性条件下催化处理电镀含Cr( )废水,使Cr( )转变为Cr( ),再将Cr(OH)3沉淀使铬从原废水体系中分离.还原剂分解后的产物对环境无二次污染;经30min处理后,Cr( )含量由初始值200mg/L降至0.2mg/L以下,去除率达99.9%以上.
Plate wastewater containing Cr(Ⅵ) was treated quickly with hydrogen peroxide, in which micro amounts of Fe(Ⅱ) are applied as the catalyst under acid condition. This reaction makes Cr(Ⅵ) reduced into Cr(Ⅲ), and then the Cr(OH) 3 precipitate is seperated from the wastewater. Not any second polution matter is produced to the enviroment. 30 min later, the content of Cr(Ⅵ) changed from 200 mg/L to below 0.2 mg/L . The removing rate may achieve above 99.9% .
