摘要
文章首先分析了近年来国外基础研究评估兴起的原因 ,继而从基础研究绩效的维度、基础研究对产业界影响和作用的机制等方面评述了国外基础研究评估的主要理论、方法和一些有代表性的研究进展 ,分析了其优缺点 ,在此基础上提出了对我国今后进行基础研究评估的一些启示和借鉴。
This paper firstly analyzes the cause of evaluating basic research, and then reviews the main theories, methodologies and several typical researches in terms of performance dimensions of basic research, mechanism of basic research's impacts on industries, et al.. Based on it, several enlightenment and suggestions are presented for China to conduct basic research evaluations for the future.
