摘要
对声光可调谐滤光器(AOTF)的光学特性进行了实验研究,探讨了AOTF重要光学特性的测量方法并提出了通过改变电声换能器形状压缩衍射光旁瓣的方法,通过实验测量了AOTF重要光学特性,并比较了两种电声换能器形状对衍射光的影响.结果表明,可以通过改变换能器形状达到压缩旁瓣的目的.
The optic characteristics of an acoustooptic tunable filter(AOTF)are investigated in this paper.The measuring method of AOTF′s major optic characteristics is discussed.The method of suppressing the sidelobe by changing the electroacoustic transducer is put forward.In the experiment, the major optic characteristics of AOTF are measured and the influences of two electroacoustic transducer′s shapes on diffracted ray are compared.The results show that the sidelobe should be suppressed by changing the shape of the electroacoustic transducer.
