摘要
运用非线性动力学方法比较分析了老年痴呆(AD)患者与同龄正常人的脑电(EEG)信息熵特征,初步表明AD患者头皮各导联处EEG信号的信息熵均显著低于同龄正常人的相应值,下降的相对幅值达22%以上.研究结果提示,可考虑试用信息熵作为AD临床诊断的特异性指标.信息熵在生物医学工程,尤其在临床医学工程中具有潜在的重要的应用价值,值得进一步深入研究.
The information entropy characteristic on electroencephalogram(EEG)of Alzheimer's disease(AD)patients have been analyzed and compared with that of healthy people about the same age by nonlinear dynamics theory in order to find specific parameters.The preliminary results show that the information entropy of each lead of AD patients is below the corresponding values of healthy people.The decrease of the relative amplitude is above 22%,which indicates that the information entropy can be used as specific parameters for the clinical diagnosis of AD.It shows a promising prospect and important application value of information entropy in biomedical engineering,especially in the clinic medicine engineering.
