Application of Fluorin-plated Travelers for Lowering Fuzzy Yarns

通过分析钢丝圈在钢领上的运动机理及其对气圈形态的影响等 ,对比了镀氟钢丝圈与普通钢丝圈在不同纺纱品种上的试验结果 ,说明了镀氟钢丝圈具有运行平稳、走熟期短、使用寿命长的特点 ,在减少成纱毛羽、提高条干质量方面效果明显 ,值得推广使用。

Based on the analysis of the travelers on the rings and the effect of the balloons, contrast is done to the spinning production using both the fluorin-plated travelers and the conventional ones. Conclusion is made that the fluorin-plated ones are stable in operation, short in phase-in period, long in service life, and capable in reducing fuzzy yarns and improving CV value. It is recommended that the fluorin-plated ones be generalized.
