炉水R值检测的误差分析

摘要 由化学酸碱平衡理论及质子条件建立了pH值、磷酸盐浓度与R值算法的数学模型,通过LabView编程,计算分析了协调磷酸盐处理的测量误差对R值测量的影响,并根据计算结果优化出协调磷酸盐处理过程中pH值、磷酸盐控制的最佳范围,对我国广泛应用的协调磷酸盐处理有一定的指导作用. A mathematical model for the calculation of pH,phosphate concentration and R , on the basis of the chemistry balance of acidbase theory and proton condition equation, has been established. At the same time, using LabView programs, the effect of the measurement error in congruent phosphate treatment on the measurement of R is analyzed, and the proper controlling range of pH and phosphate during the congruent phosphate treatment is optimized, which has a guiding effect on the project of congruent phosphate treatment widely applied in our country.
