摘要
研究讨论了复杂工业现场传感器信号长距离传输问题 ,提出了使用信号变换的方法将传输信号在测量端点处经漂移拟制、滤波和V/I变换后再进行长线传输 ,设计了基于这种方法的调理部件。经过在复杂工业现场应用和比较 ,试验结果表明本文提出的方法较之传统方法具有更强的抗干扰能力 。
The long_distance transmission of the sensor signals in complex industrial sites is analyzed.The novel signal conversion method for long_distance of sensor signals is given,by which the transmission signals are converted at the testing end through suppression of drift,filtration of wave and V/I conversion,and based on which an adjustment unitis designed. Application,comparison and test results in the complex industrial sites show that this new method has advantage of the stronger anti_disturbance abilitythan the traditional method and itis more applicable for the long_distance transmission of the sensor signals in various complexindustrial sites.
