摘要
研究表明,添加4wt%Si 的粉末冶金316L 不锈钢由单相奥氏体转变为奥氏体+铁素体双相组织,烧结密度和体积收缩率分别提高12%和230%,疏松和孔隙明显减少,从而显著提高抗 Cl^-离子腐蚀性能,接近冶炼316L 不锈钢的水平。
It is found that PM316L austenitic stainless steel can be transformed into duplex stainless steel with mixed austenite-ferrite microstructure by adding 4WT0%Si.Silicon addition lets PM316L stainless steel powers change from solid sintering to part-liquid sintering,decreases the fraction of po- rosity and increases the sintered density and average volume shrinkage by 12% and 230% respectively.Corrosion resistance of PM316L stainless steel in Cl-Solution is remarkably increased by silicon additions,approaching that of wrought 316L stainless steel.
