The Behaviour and Control of Inverting-Forming of Thin Wall Tube

管材卷边是一种具有广阔应用前景的冲压成形方法。本文旨在通过卷边过程中管子受力状态及变形特点分析,揭示卷边变形行为;以边中卷毛坯各个部分之问的变形关系及规律为基础并结合试验,找到管子卷边并维持其稳定进展的控制条件。这一研究对于管材卷边成形的进一步理论分析和生产实际具有指导意义。

Inverting-forming of thin-wall tube under axial loading is a technique of press-forming,which will have a wide application in future.The defor- mation behaviour is explained based upon loading state and deformation fea- ture during inversion of the tube.On the basis of the deformation relations among various portions of the inverting tube and experiments,the control condition of the stable progressing of the inverting is obtained.The achiev- ements of this study may serve as a signicant guide to the further investig- ationinto and the practice of the relevent processes.
