虚拟样机技术已成为提高现代产品设计性能的重要手段。介绍了虚拟样机技术及虚拟样机开发过程。分析断路器机构系统的运动特征,建立断路器虚拟样机模型并利用ADAMS软件对其进行动力学分析,其分析结果在指导断路器产品开发过程中取得显著效果。
Virtual prototyping has been the important means by which we can improve the product design performance. Virtual prototyping and its design process is introduced in the paper. The movement tincture of the breaker institution system is analyzed. The virtual prototyping model of the breaker is set up and analyzed in dynamics by the software ADAMS. The remarkable effect has been gained from the analytical results during the process of instructing the breaker product development.
