摘要
本文运用MSC NASTRAN软件对上海大众某车型轿车车轮钢圈(以下简称为钢圈)进行弯曲工况下的应力分析,计算该工况下钢圈的强度大小及分布。计算结果与弯曲试验结果一致。分析计算结果表明,轿车钢圈强度的有限元仿真分析,是实现轿车结构部件强度设计的有效手段。
This paper applies MSC NASTRAN in computing the car wheels strength. The computing results coincide with the bending experiments. The results demonstrate that FEM - simulation is an efficient and ecconomical approach to realize the strength design of automobile components.
