摘要
对 GCr15钢经高温形变等温淬火所获下贝氏体组织中碳化物的球化行为进行了研究。结果表明:加热中碳化物主要在高密度位错区出现,其数目随加热保温温度的升高而线性减少。由于不同组织内碳化物的形成及碳的扩散各异,使得碳化物的数目与尺寸分布不同。
The spheroidiszing behaviur of carbides in lower bainite transformed fr- om deformed austenite in GCr15 steel has been studied experimentally.It was found that during spheroidizing,the nucleation of carbides is mainly in the higher dislocation density regions,the number of carbides decreases and the size of carbides increases as the temperature increases.Since both nuc- cation of carbides and deffussion of carbon are different in different micros- tructure,the number and size of the carbides are different.
