摘要
本文综述了渗碳钢中的 Cr 对渗碳层碳化物形成的特殊作用。铬有利于获得弥散的碳化物是由于铬促进渗碳体的形成,且随着钢中含铬量的增加,合金渗碳体由晶界形核过渡为均匀形核;同时长大速度降低。
The special effect of Cr in carburization steel on the formation of car- bides in carburized layer was discussed by either thermal mechanics and dynamic methods.The reason that the Cr is benifit for obtaining finely distributed carbides is because the Cr can enhance the formation of cementite, and as the Cr content in steel increases,the nucleation of alloy cementite changes from grain boundrad to a uniform manner,and the growing rate of nuclei decreases.
