从知识经济时代对人才素质要求和国民文化素质现状及现实人的学习需求出发 ,论述了高等教育在构建终身教育体系和学习型社会中不可替代的地位和作用 ,提出搭建人才培养立交桥 ,持续发展各类教育 ,充分发挥高等教育在人才培养。

Based on the demand of talent quality in knowledge and economic age and the present sisuation of national culture,this paper discussed the status and effection of higher education in structuring life education system and learning sociality and privided that we should cultivate talents,progress kinds of education and develop the important action of higher education in cultivating talents and progressing popular science.
