摘要
本文应用二次回归正交设计最优化方法,分别建立了结506型焊条直流正接和反接施焊时能耗、熔化和熔敷性能对药皮成分的回归方程,通过最优化计算,配方调整,试验验证和焊缝、热影响区金相组织分析,成功地研制了节能20%~30%(比普通结506焊条)的新型低氢碱性高效焊条。
In this paper,by means of the mathematical method of quadratic regre- ssion orthogonal design and optimization,the regression equations of elect- ricity consumpsion,fusion and deposition of low hydrogen type basic elec- trode (J506) vs covering compositions are respectively established when D. C is used with the electrode positive and negative.With the help of the calculation of optimization,formulas adjustment,proving test and metallo- graphical morphology analysis of weld and heat affected zone a new type of low hydrogen type basic electrode of saving electricity and high efficiency is achieved.
