过冷对亚共晶Fe-C-Si合金凝固组织的影响

摘要 利用玻璃包熔在悬浮熔炼装置上,通过多次热循环的方法,使处于真空条件下的亚共晶 Fe-C-Si 合金熔体获得深过冷。试验结果表明:随着循环次数的增加,过冷度增大,而凝固组织中的初生相二次臂间距(DAS)减小,r-Fe_3C 共晶形态由蜂窝状向板片状转变且片间距减小。 By means of the technique of glass encasement on a levitation melting assembly,deep undeueooling of hypo-euteetic Fe-C-Si alloy were obtained in vacuum condition through several heatingi-cooling cycles.It was observed that with the increase of heating-cooling cycles,the undercooling effect increases,so that the DAS of the primary phase was reduced in solidified structure,thg -Fe C eutectic morphologies transforms from the ledeburite to the plate-like structure and the lamellar spacings were decreased with the increase of the undercooling.
