摘要
本文研究了一种自由锻造耐热合金机匣毛坯的新方法。结果表明,采用该方法,可提高金属利用率;尺寸完全能够保证;金属纤维方向与零件形状一致;性能符合技术条件要求。
A new method to free forge the blank of case of an aircraft made of superalloy has been studied.The results show that by using this method,the utilizition ratio of the metal is increased,the sizes of the forging can be guaranteed,the directions of metal fibre are in accordance with the shape of the fogging,and the properties of the forging meet the technical requirement.
