自激式层燃脉冲锅炉的开发研究

摘要 研究开发了一种新的脉冲装置。这种脉冲装置继承了里克管脉冲燃烧的无阀自激和燃料适应性广的优点 ,又避免了里克管长径比过长的缺点 ,成功地将长径比缩短到 5以下 ,被称为 Rijke-ZT型脉冲装置。试验表明 :该装置无需任何附加装置 ,而能产生强烈的声振 ,极大地强化燃烧和传热 ,是一种清洁高效的燃烧装置。此外 ,还总结了 Rijke-ZT层燃自吸风脉冲锅炉的设计经验 ,列举了工程化中还存在的技术问题。图 4表 2参 A new type of pulsating combustor has been developed through improving the Rijke tube. This new combustor has the advantages of Rijke tube of no valve, self excited and broad fuel adapted to, but the length diameter proportion is only five below, much littler than that of Rijke tube. The new pulsating device is called as Rijke ZT pulsating combustor. Experiments showed that the strong acoustic wave could be excited in the combustor without any added device. The strong acoustic wave could greatly improve the coal combustion and heat transfer in the boiler, and results in lower emission of pollutants and higher efficiency. The important technical experience for the designing of the pulsating boiler of no valve, self excited, self air supplying and layer combustion has been concluded, and the potential problems have been listed.
