摘要
500倍液EM浸种和250倍液EM秧苗喷施 ,是目前水稻生产上最为理想的使用方法 ,能提高发芽势和发芽率以及α -淀粉酶、过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性 ,秧苗素质好。
Presoaking with1/500EM solution and seedling-spraying with1/250EM solution were the most ideal practical methods in rice production.The above treatments increased seed germinating power and germination percentage,improved activities ofα-amyˉlase,CAT and SOD,and promoted seedling qualities.
